As a perfect illustration of these values S.T.Dupont has chosen the theme of knights for this new limited edition. From time immemorial knights have served the king. They had to be upright, good, brave, respectful to their own master. Knights wore wonderful protective armour that was richly decorated in a marriage of strength and beauty.
The White Knight Limited Edition pays tribute to the nobility of soul that drove these knights, drawing inspiration from the splendour and sophistication of their armour.
WHITE KNIGHT PRESTIGE COLLECTION
Each piece is delicately engraved, as a reference of the decorations on the Royal ceremonial armours of the Renaissance.
2 magnificent added parts, inspired by the shield and the shoulder, decorate the lighter, and similarly a decorative helmet, glorifies the pen.
Paying its respects to the tradition of master lacquers, fine hand gilding adorns each item of the armour.
Finally, the pen clip and the medallion on the lighter are enhanced with flamboyant rubies and a central gemstone, a Picasso jasper.
These exceptional pieces are numbered out of 515.
The White Knight Prestige collector contains the writing set and lighter together with an ashtray and a pair of cufflinks. This collector is numbered out of 115 pieces only.
BLACK KNIGHT DIAMOND COLLECTION
Moving even further into the world of luxury and elegance S.T.Dupont has created a sumptuous Black Knight Diamond collection.
Lighter and pen are made in black gold and sculpted solid gold ornaments such as the crown of the pen or the central medallion of the lighter. The clip of the pen is set with no less than 175 white diamonds and the lighter is covered with 117 white diamonds.
The writing collector is composed of a fountain pen, pen holder, paper-cutter and roller nib set. The smoking collector includes the lighter and ashtray.
Only 28 exclusive collectors each will be edited.
WHITE KNIGHT PREMIUM COLLECTION
While keeping the design and sophistication of the Prestige collection, the White Knight Premium collection is meant to be used in everyday life.
Lighters and pens are decorated with black placed lacquer and engraved palladium finishes.
The pen clip is inspired by the knights’ swords.
Each piece is delicately signed with a blazon, stamped with the famous “D”, the true emblem of S.T. Dupont.
Each item is numbered out of 1515 a reference to the date on which King François 1st was knighted by Bayard in Marignan.
