Back in 2016 just before the FDA regulations went into effect, Recluse Cigars released 10 different cigars with an abundance of vitolas for each line. In 2018, the company was moving one of those cigars into national distribution as they are expected to do over the next decade. The Recluse Los Cabos was on display at the 2018 IPCPR and it features a San Andres Oscuro wrapper over a Sumatra binder with fillers using three different Dominican primings as well a Criollo ’98 from Nicaragua.
We caught up with Scott Weeks from Recluse and he told us the inspiration for the name.
