Law: Medway, MA Passes Tobacco Regulations

Medway, MA has passed a series of tobacco regulations including the restriction of sales to anyone under the age of 21. On Monday, the Board of Health passed further regulations that also restrict the sales of tobacco. The Connecticut-based cigar company “Connecticut Valley Tobacconist” has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against La Flor Dominicana.
