This afternoon Perdomo Cigars sent out a letter to retailers thanking them for their loyalty and patronage. They also announced a price increase on some of their cigar lines. Perdomo will continue to absorb the SCHIP, however for only the 6th time in their 22-year company history they raising their prices. On Sunday morning, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn signed legislation that prohibits smoking on the campuses of all state colleges and universities. The smoking ban takes effect on July 1, 2015 and applies to both indoor and outdoor spaces. According to Gov.
