The Township Committee of Egg Harbor, NJ which is located just west of Atlantic City is introducing an ordinance that would ban smoking at local parks. Law | Ghana Bans Public Smoking

The Food and Drug Authority (FDA) of Ghana will begin enforcing the ban on public smoking. According to the Agency it will begin to enforce the Public Health Act 2002, Act 851 (6). According to Regulatory Office Daniel NTI if a person is caught smoking in public it will carry a fine of 750 unit and up to 3 years in jail. Law | Boulder, CO Smoking Ban Expansion

The City Council of Boulder, Colorado is set to expand on the existing smoking ban for the city with a new ordinance.
