Today, the Governor of New Hampshire, Maggie Hassan-D proposed a $11.5B Budget, which is a 6.4% increase from the last budget. The cigar features a San Andreas Maduro wrapper, and the cigar utilizes 12 leaves of tobacco. It is expected to ship on February 15th, 2015 with an MSRP of $8.80 per cigar.
