Connecticut State Representative Jason Perillo (R-113th District) recently introduced House Bill 5139 (“HB 5139) which would remove the prohibition and allow for the expansion of cigar bars in the state.
HB 5139 is a piece of common sense legislation that seeks to not only promote the creation of small businesses premium cigar bars, but also allows those premium cigar bars already in operation the ability to operate their businesses in a friendly economic environment.
