Earlier this year we had the chance to smoke the pre-release of the La Aurora Puro Vintage 2006. The limited edition smoke is made from tobacco harvested in 2006 and features an Ecuador Havana wrapper over Dominican binder with fillers from Brazil, Dominican Republic and Nicaragua.
According to Manuel Inoa of La Aurora, “I have been looking forward to using this crop for many years now and the anticipation was well worth it. What can I say, I was so happy with the final blend that we decided to offer it in three sizes. I know you will all enjoy it.”
At the 2015 IPCPR in New Orleans La Aurora will unveil the Puro Vintage Master Case that is limited in production to 5,000 units worldwide.
Each case of 54 cigars will contain 3 sizes of the Puro Vintage 2006: Salomon (6.5 x 52/60); Preferidos #1 (6 x 58) and Toro (6 x 52). The cigars are expected to have an MSRP of $18.50.
The cigar are distributed in the USA by site advertiser, Miami Cigar & Company.
