For everyone person who gets it right, there are twenty people who are clueless such as Randy Herbert of Sulphur, New Orleans who states, “First of all — people of Sulphur — you don’t have a right to smoke.”
Sadly, the Sulphur City Council agrees and has banned smoking in bars and casinos.
The measure was passed unanimously and goes into effect in 30 days while business will be given a 60 day grace period.
Sulphur, Louisiana is home to 20,000 residents over 10.0 square miles.
