On January 14, 2015 the Board of Health in the community of Watertown voted on a regulation regarding the sale of tobacco and the Minimum Legal Sales Age. The legal age will remain 19 until March 1st, 2016 when it will become 21.
Also at the meeting the community voted to ban flavored tobacco. It also required are liquid nicotine used in E-Cigarettes to be in child proof containers.
