US House Introduces Tobacco 21 Bill

Congressman Robert Aderholt (AL-4) introduced his Stopping Consumption of Tobacco by Teens (SCOTT Act). The bill, co-sponsored by Congressman Juan Vargas (CA-51), would raise the minimum age for buying tobacco products to 21 nationwide and increase age verification requirements for online sale of vaping products. New York Legislature Sends Tobacco 21 Bill To Governor

You can pretty much add another state to raise the tobacco purchase to 21 years old. The Tobacco 21 A558 bill which passed the Assembly by a vote of 120-26 headed over to the Senate where it passed in similar fashion.
