Yesterday we reviewed one of two new cigars that were introduced by C.L.E. at the 2016 TAA. Those cigars were Chele, which is slang for light-skinned and Prieto, which is Spanish slang for dark-skinned. The names provide an interesting take when applied to cigars with light and dark wrappers. Legislation that was defeated only a short while ago was put up for a vote a second time in the Illinois Senate yesterday. The measure which would raise the legal purchase age for tobacco and electronic cigarettes from 18 to 21 was passed by a vote of 32-22-2. Despite falling 5 votes short in the past Sen.
