According to Kip Talley of the IPCPR, the House Agriculture Appropriations bill passed its subcommittee hearing and the language to protect premium cigars remained intact. The bill will now move to a full committee hearing as it works it way into law. 50 years ago, the most famous name in cigars was born, Cohiba. At Festival del Habano XVIII during the gala dinner, guests were given a box of 2 cigars.
