Mobile, AL Expanding Smoking Ban

The city of Mobile, Alabama saw the City Council extend its smoking ban from restaurants to all city-owned or operated premisses including parks and public libraries. The ban also includes a 50 foot buffer zone. The ban which includes cigars was voted on by the City Council and saw one vote against the measure.
