Pennsylvania Introduces Bill To Raise Smoking Age To 21

On Monday,  Pennsylvania Representative Vanessa Lowery Brown, D-Philadelphia introduced legislation that would raise the current smoking age in the state from 18 to 21. If passed, the commonwealth would become the second state in the nation to raise the tobacco age with the first being Hawaii.
