The province of Ontario which the capital Ottawa is located,  will soon be home to the most restrictive tobacco rules in Canada. Starting soon all flavoured tobacco products including menthol will be banned. The provincial government has made the measure part of the “Making Healthier Choices Act” and will ban menthol cigarettes and other flavoured tobacco products — including chewing tobacco, “wine-dipped” cigars, and fruity cigarettes. Law | Smoking Banned At Some Presque Isle Beaches

A new program from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources will ban smoking on some of the beaches at Presque Isle State Park. The new regulations are part of the Clean Air Beach Program and starting May 1 it will be illegal to smoker on Barracks Beach and Beach 11. The ban includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes and e-cigarettes. Presque Isle is on Lake Erie and encompasses 3,112.10 acres

According to the City Council of Prior Lake, Minnesota smoking lounges are prohibited in the city of Prior Lake.
