The county commissioners passed the new ordinance on October 1st, and this will include next years Country Fair and Balloon Festival. Tuesday night, August 20th the Millburn Township, NJ Committee worked on an ordinance that will ban smoking in and near municipal buildings, local parks and recreation areas. The ordinance was suggested earlier this summer by the Environmental Commission. Millburn Township would join nine other Essex County municipalities that have passed similar ordinances.
