Law : Washington State To Propose Age 21

This afternoon the Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson will propose raising the smoking age from 18 to 21 at a news conference to take place at 2pm PST today. Law | Andover, MA Raises Age to 21

Starting on February 1st, 2015 the legal age to purchase tobacco in the town of Andover will be increasing from 18 to 21. The new regulation which was approved by the Board of Health will also change where tobacco can be sold.
