Law | Winchester, MA Proposes New Tobacco Bans

The town of Winchester, Massachusetts is about to take things to the next level if the Winchester Board of Health has their way. The board is holding a hearing tonight, March 9th that will ban the sale of flavored tobacco products. In a state that legalized marijuana, one would least expect Colorado to not join the anti-smoking push that is under way across the country. In Golden, CO the city council has just approved an ordinance to limit tobacco use in public spaces.
