The town of Winchester, Massachusetts is about to take things to the next level if the Winchester Board of Health has their way. In a state that legalized marijuana, one would least expect Colorado to not join the anti-smoking push that is under way across the country. In Golden, CO the city council has just approved an ordinance to limit tobacco use in public spaces.
