Another city added the measure to prohibit smoking on the ballot of the mid-term elections. The city of Pooler, Georgia approved a smoking ban by an approval rate of 83%. The Smoke Free-Air Ordinance act will prohibit smoking in enclosed public spaces including workplaces, outdoor arenas and stadiums. it also requires smokers to maintain a distance of at least 10 feet from entrances or windows.
