Add another town in Massachusetts has passed a new ordinance that will increase the minimum legal age to buy tobacco from 18 to 21. This time it is Arlington. Today the acting Director of Health and Human Services announced the change that will take place on July 1st. Arlington, Massachusetts also enacted a plan to ban tobacco sales at health care facilities and pharmacies.

According to a report at CQ Roll Call, the House Appropriations Committee’s fiscal 2016 Agriculture spending bill includes a provision that would limit the FDA’s ability to regulate products.
