You can add North Ridgeville, Ohio as a place you can’t smoke but it also proves that this has nothing to do with the myth of second-hand smoke, as e-cigarettes were banned as well. Score a rare victory for tobacco users as the Pitt County Board of Commissioners rejected a ban on smoking in public parks with a 5-4 vote on Monday.
