United Cigars began the release of the 2013 vintage of the Byron 19th Century Grand Poemas on January 12th. Allocations of the Grand Poemas were made as only 200 boxes were produced with this unique tobacco. All 200 boxes are offered in humidors designed by Nelson Alfonso of Selected Tobacco.
“This is a beautifully blended cigar offering richer notes of cedar and molasses,” said Oliver Nivaud, Director of Sales at United Cigars. “After resting these cigars for five years, post roll, you can truly experience the complex maturity.”
Masterfully blended by Nelson Alfonso, the Byron Grand Poemas filler is a blend that the chef has not offered up, however, there is Nicaraguan Viso and Peruvian Ligero united with Nelsons signature blend of tobacco, all enclosed with a rich Ecuadorian wrapper
The cigars which measure 6 x 56 carry a $33.33 price tag per single, or $824.99 per box of 25 before any local taxes.
