News: Connecticut Company Sues La Flor Dominicana

The Connecticut-based cigar company “Connecticut Valley Tobacconist” has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against La Flor Dominicana. The plaintiff (Connecticut Valley Tobacconist) has also filed suit against Harry’s Smoke Shop, a cigar shop that carries both brands in Philadelphia.
