Dunbarton Tobacco To Ship Initial Orders November 1st

According to their Facebook page, Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust will ship their initial orders to select purveyors on the estimated date of November 1st, 2015. According to the posting all orders will be truncated though retailers will receive an equitable share of their first order with the balance to be fulfilled ASAP.

The posting goes on to say that the company received “5-fold” the amount of orders at the IPCPR than they anticipated and that Steve Saka will not deviate from the plan of making 1,000 boxes per month until the second capa pilon was fully fermented.

Also the first casualty has been announced as the Belicoso Largo did not meet the criteria for an acceptable release and despite the huge hit to his wallet, the vitola has been scrapped. Instead the company will offer a 6 x 54 torpedo to retailers as an alternate since the Torpedo Tiempo met the criteria for release. If retailers opt to replace the Belicoso with the Torpedo it will be done at no extra cost and will ship one month later than the initial shipment.

More details as they become avaialable…
