The nanny state of Illinois is looking to expand its current smoking laws. The changes would ban smoking on all public patios, decks, rooftops and at beer gardens in Illinois.
The proposal to make changes come despite a 2012 legislation that protected beer gardens and patios.
The public can weigh in on the issue until September 29th.
