Law | Milford, CT One Step Closer To Smoking Ban`

The city of Milford, Connecticut has begun the process to ban smoking in public. At the monthly meeting at the Milford Recreation Commission the process was put in motion for what the city leaders claim is a health and litter issue.

The city of Milford is looking to ban smoke at parks, playgrounds, beaches and city sponsored events.

Milford is home to 53,000 residents over 26.14 square miles and was founded in 1639.
