We have seen it happen in communities around the United States where country health boards have passed laws in regards to smoking regulations. A new bill that is pending in the West Virginia House of Delegates could change that.
Last yeah Hancock County had smoking regulations passed but the Health Boards, the new bill would prevent that from happening.
While no details were available on a published report, this is a story that The Cigar Authority will keep an eye on. As commented on the radio show many times these boards are appointed positions and are not people voted in by voters.
