At this years TAA, La Flor Dominicana will debut the La Flor Dominicana Exclusive Series aka “TAA 47”.
The cigar which will feature a Ecuador Habano wrapper, Mexican binder, and Dominican filler will be offered as 3 contenders. Members of the TAA will vote which size they prefer with the winner going into production. Contender #1 is 5.5 x 52, Contender #2 is 6 x 60, and Contender #3 is 6.5 x 54 Box Pressed Torpedo.
According to La Flor Dominicana, “The 2015 La Flor Dominicana TAA Exclusive will be one of the most unique TAA Exclusives to date as the TAA Member, will be involved in the final decision-making process of the 2015 LFD Exclusive.”
In subsequent years the La Flor Dominicana TAA Exclusive will feature the year of the meeting. With this year being the 47th, and 2016 being the 48th and so on.
Immediately following the TAA Meeting, the winner will be announced and the winning contender will go into immediate production and begin shipping within 45 days of the completion of the 47th TAA.
The “TAA 47” is a one time 2015 Exclusive, and the number of boxes ordered by TAA Members at the TAA will be the only production of this Exclusive for 2015.
