Mississippi Introduces Bill To Raise Tobacco Purchase Age

The Magnolia State has seen a bill introduced that would raise the tobacco purchase age from 18 to 21 in Mississippi. House Bill No. 507 has been introduced by Rep. Bryant W. Clark  (D-47) if passed would go into effect on July 1, 2019. Law | Allendale, NJ Limits Where You Can Light Up

On March 26th, at the Allendale Mayor and City Council meeting on March 26th the borough imposed new limitations on where tobacco products can be used. In a move similar to that of a communist state, Allendale will only allow you to enjoy a cigar and other tobacco products within areas outlined by the local government.
