The US Patent and Trademark Office has sent notice to Santa Cruz cigars, the makers of Gran Habano. The Trademark office states that Gran Habano has mislead the public via use of the word Habano. In the document they believe that the company is attempting to mislead the public into believing they are selling cigars from Cuba.
