Law | Marion, IA Bans Smoking In Parks & Trails

For the past month the Marion City Council has been toying with the idea to ban smoking and the use of tobacco and vapors in the city’s 21 parks and on its nature trails. Yesterday, that measure was passed with a 6-1 vote. The lone vote against it was Mayor Snooks Bouska.
