In Massachusetts, Lee, Lenox and Stockbridge fall under the Tri-Town Board of Health and on October 19th the Board passed a measure raising the tobacco age to 21 joining 74 other towns and municipalities in the state.
The measure which was originally slated to be phased in over three years will go into effect on January 2, 2016.
