The Week In Review: Volume 2

Another week is in the books, and I can’t get over how much time is flying. The majority of cigars that were introduced at IPCPR are in stores across the nation, and there are a few more coming to which is our primary sponsor. Week 3 of the football season is underway, and having just come home from watching the Patriots it looks like a stressful season here in New England.

The big news this week was Sam Leccia heading to General Cigars who now own his blends but not his name, Sam Leccia. This should be the first of a few companies to sell out to the big boys, and next week on The Cigar Authority Radio Show we plan to discuss companies that just might be next in line. None of it is fact, yet. Just some rumors and things that make sense.

We broadcasted live from Seabrook where the shop was hosting a Xing event, which reviewed last week. Below is a video of the Samurai Cigar Warrior. If you haven’t had a Xing yet we suggest you do, as it comes George Rico & Family of Gran Habano fame.

This week we will be live from Salem on Saturday.. if you in the area stop by as we would love to have you there.
