Law : New York State Looking to Ban Flavors

There are currently two bills pending in the New York State Assembly (A 128) and Senate (S 1825) that would ban characterizing flavors in most tobacco product. The bill feature language that would ban all “characterizing flavors” except for tobacco, mint, wintergreen and menthol. Law | Conway, SC Smoking Ban Vote *UPDATED*

The City Council of Conway, South Carolina will meet tonight and hold the first vote on a proposed ordinance that would outlaw smoking in private business.
