Camacho, the world’s leading brand of bold cigars, is proud to announce the nationwide launch of new box-pressed (BXP) extensions to its winning Connecticut, Corojo and Ecuador lines.
Camacho pushes the limits once again with new box-pressed extensions built on the chassis of its three best-selling core lines. Available in three blends (Connecticut, Corojo and Ecuador), these will be delivered in Robusto, Toro and Gordo formats. These box-pressed offerings have been fine tuned to deliver a bolder, more impactful taste experience. As an added spin, Camacho’s master builders have amplified each of the original core blends with the addition of American Broadleaf tobaccos grown in Pennsylvania. The introduction of these Broadleaf tobaccos greatly intensifies the aromas and dramatically boosts the overall taste experience, while box-pressing delivers a noticeably longer and cooler smoke with a more comfortable mouth feel.
“We are very excited to launch the new Camacho Box-Pressed (BXP) extensions of our highly-rated and top-selling core lines. Our bold, everyday smokes have been a staple in the humidors of aficionados for many years. Reimagining these winning blends has been quite a journey and we are thrilled by the bold taste experiences our master builders have managed to deliver. Broadleaf tobacco delivers a great intensity to these blends and we feel very lucky to get our hands on some high quality primings to build into this venture,” said Dylan Austin, Vice President of Marketing for Davidoff of Geneva USA.
To launch the new Camacho Box-Pressed (BXP) cigars, the brand will be reinvigorating its very successful 2016 #BoldAnytime campaign, which invites aficionados to embark on their own bold journey. A series of nationwide promotions and in-store events have been created, where aficionados can come and experience the new BXP cigars. Camacho’s national brand ambassador, George “Latin Thunder” Rami, will also join the launch effort making appearances at select retailers across the US.
The new Camacho Box-Pressed (BXP) are packed twenty cigars per box and will begin shipping in the US only starting on Monday, February 13th, 2017. The cigars are produced at the Oettinger Davidoff’s new Camacho facility located on the outskirts of Danli, Honduras.
