According to a published report, the Chickasha City Council on Monday January 6th, 2015 voted to restrict all tobacco from use on city property. Law | Franklin Lakes, NJ Expands Smoking Ban

The town of Franklin Lakes, NJ has expanded their smoking ban from an original ordinance passed in 2007 that banned smoking on recreational fields as well as raising the age of tobacco use to 19 years old. In June of 2014 the city council of Wichita Falls passed a smoking ban in almost all business with the exception of tobacco shops as long as 75% of the quarterly income was made up of tobacco sales. In Taiwan it will soon be illegal to smoke while driving on a busy road. A new amendment to the Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act passed yesterday after its third reading in the Legislative Yuan. Tuesday’s meeting of the City of Montgomery’s Health, Education & Recreation Standing Committee met at Montgomery City Hall to discuss and hear concerns of a new smoking ban smoking in Montgomery.
