For the first time in a decade Oliva Cigars is set to release a new cigar. Originally mentioned last year as Facundo, the company ran into a trademark issue with the rum company Bacardi. Earlier this year the cigar was renamed to Giberto, the patriarch of the Oliva family. It isn’t the first time the company had a cigar with that name.
The cigar is being released in in two versions the first being a Reserva which features a Sumatra wrapper and the second being Reserva Blanc which features a Connecticut shade wrapper grown in Ecuador. Each line is available in 5 sizes ranging in price from $5.25 to $6.90
