Law | Oakwood, OH Bans Smoking On City Property

The Oakwood city council has passed a smoking ban on all city owned property. The measure was passed on Monday and it include all city property, including parks.

This is the first anti smoking legislation in Montgomery County, but the county health officials hope it will lead to other municipalities within the county.

Oakwood, Ohio is home to 9,200 residents over 2.1 square miles and was founded in 1908.
