The City Council of Santa Rosa, California will be holding a hearing this afternoon regarding the ability to smoke if you live in an apartment building or multi-family complex.
The current draft of an ordinance would make it Illegal to smoke indoors if you do not live in a free-standing building.
In August, 2014 the city enacted various smoking bans and announced support for the above measure.
