Micallef Red has begun arriving in stores around the country. This latest release joins Micallef’s Color Series, which already includes the Micallef Blue, introduced earlier this year, and the award-winning Micallef Black, recognized as Cigar of The Year by The Cigar Authority.
Handcrafted in Estelí, Nicaragua, at the renowned Fabrica de Micallef, the Micallef Red is a testament to the brand’s dedication to quality and craftsmanship. Featuring a natural San Andrés Habano wrapper, the Micallef Red offers a smooth balance of gentle spice and deep earthy flavors, providing a refined smoking experience. The cigar is further enhanced by a Pennsylvania Broadleaf binder, grown in Nicaragua’s rich volcanic soil, which contributes a layer of earthy sweetness to the profile. Rounding out the blend are premium filler tobaccos from Nicaragua and Mexico, delivering complexity in every draw.
Available in two sizes—a 6 x 52 Toro and a 5 x 52 Robusto—the Micallef Red has an MSRP ranging from $7 to $8 per single, making it an accessible yet premium option for aficionados.
Al Micallef, founder of Micallef Cigars, shared his thoughts on the new release: “We’ve crafted the Micallef Red to be a memorable smoke, just like the experiences we share at our Micallef Socials. It’s about more than cigars; it’s about enjoying great moments together.”
While this new cigar is already shipping to select retail partners, it will be available nationwide by mid-October, giving cigar lovers across the country a chance to indulge in this exquisite new addition to the Micallef family.
