Iowa Legislature Introduces Tobacco 21 Bill

You can add Iowa to the list of states looking to enact a Tobacco 21 law. This week Senator Charles Schneider (R-West Des Moines) introduced S.F. 607. The bill was sent to the Appropriations Subcommittee who recommended amendment and passage. Delaware Poised To Become Next Tobacco 21 State

In a move that has the backing of Delaware Governor, John Carney the Delaware House of Representatives approved S.B. 25 by a 25-16 vote. The state of Texas has seen the proposed Tobacco 21 bill, SB 21 pass the State Senate by a measure of 20-11 in a vote held on April 9th, 2019.
