The city of Fremont, California saw the City Council vote unanimously to approve prohibition. The new ordinance will prohibit any new retail tobacco stores from opening. Yesterday the City Council in Pittsburgh, PA voted to ban smoking and all tobacco use at all Pittsburgh owned parks.
