(Bonita Springs, FL) – Java by Drew Estate is growing. This summer, the popular coffee flavor-infused cigars made exclusively for Rocky Patel Premium Cigars (RPPC) will gain a whole new brand extension called Java Red.
Java Red features the primary essence of cherry before notes of dark cocoa and coffee come through. The smoke issues a refreshingly sweet aroma. Java Red could best be enjoyed alongside a cocktail aperitif such as a Negroni or a Manhattan. Or it could be enjoyed coupling with a cordial such as an Amaro or a tawny port. With food, the Java Red will make any dark chocolate treat that much more gratifying.
Java Red will be available in the same six sizes as the Java Maduro, Latte, and Mint brands. Those sizes comprise the square-pressed Corona (5 x 42 – $8.30 SRP), Robusto (5 ½ x 50 – $9.20 SRP), Toro (6 x 50 – $9.75 SRP), The 58 (5 x 58 – $10.55 SRP), as well as the round, pig-tailed Petite Corona (4 ½ x 38 – $7.05 SRP) and the extreme trunk-pressed Wafe (5 x 46 – $7.50 SRP). Java Red will hit tobacconist shelves in July.
A seventh size will be joining the lineup for the Maduro, Latte, and Mint brands (excludes the Red) starting this fall. That new size is a diminutive cigar called Java x-press. It will be crafted round (4 x 32) and packaged in 10-count tins. These tiny smokes feature all the corresponding flavors of the Maduro, Latte, and Mint cigars, but in a convenient 10-minute shape. The x-press tins will carry a suggested retail price of $24 per tin and will be showcased in displays of five tins.
All the Java varieties are handmade in Nicaragua and specially infused with flavor by Drew Estate. These brands are expressly rolled for, and distributed by, RPPC.
