Fort Ann, NY Ban Beach Smoking

There are currently two bills pending in the New York State Assembly (A 128) and Senate (S 1825) that would ban characterizing flavors in most tobacco product. Law | Huntington, NY Bans Beach Smoking

The town board of Huntington unanimously passed a law 5-0, that will prohibit smoking at its eight town beaches.
