Starting on February 1st, 2015 the legal age to purchase tobacco in the town of Andover will be increasing from 18 to 21. According to a published report, the Chickasha City Council on Monday January 6th, 2015 voted to restrict all tobacco from use on city property. Everyone had their eyes on Nebraska when it was ruled that the exemption for cigar bars and lounges was ruled unconstitutional in the state of Nebraska. After challenging the state supreme court ruling, the end is now near at least for the time being.
