Law | India Raises Tobacco Age to 21

It will soon be illegal to smoke in India unless you are 21 years old. This comes on the heels of India passing a law that makes it illegal to smoke in public. Law | Columbia, MO Bans Smoking In Public Housing

In the city of Columbia, Missouri the Public Housing Authority has announced that beginning May 1, 2015 it will become illegal for residents to smoke in public housing units. Law | Santa Clara County, CA Bans Flavored Tobacco

Santa Clara County, California which includes cities such as Cupertino and San Jose has become the first jurisdiction in the western Unites States to ban the sale of flavored tobacco. The Board of Supervisors approved the new law on Tuesday night that prohibits general retailers from selling flavored tobacco in unincorporated areas within the county.
