Law: Waxahachie, TX Public Smoking Ban

Yet another municipality is going smoke free and this time it is n Waxahachie, TX which is a suburb in Dallas. The city council voted on Monday to pass the new ordinance 4-1. Cigar Review: EP Carrillo La Historia

Reaching into my humidor of new releases, I pulled out the EP Carrillo La Historia. The cigar was introduced at the 2014 IPCPR and comes in 3 sizes. The box pressed cigar is offered in El Senador (5 3/8 x 52), Doña Elena (6 1/8 x 50) and E-III (6 7/8 x 54). Law: Wellspan Heath Won’t Hire Tobacco Users

Starting January 1st, 2015 another healthcare system in the state of Pennsylvania will not hire you if you use tobacco. According to WellSpanHealth, all job applicants will be required to submit a urine sample for drug testing as well as nicotine and tobacco. Law: Pentagon Looking To Ban Tobacco

Last week a report came out that claimed that tobacco use harms military readiness. Now, according to a report on Bloomberg, the Pentagon is looking into cutting tobacco use and discounts for the military. According to the article Ray Mabus, Navy Secretary has begun looking into banning tobacco sales on Navy ships as well as Navy and Marine Corps bases. News came out to today the Arturo Fuente Anejo line will be getting a new size. The figurado which measures 6 5/8 x 44 will begin to ship to retailers in mid-September. The Fuente Anejo was originally crafted in 1998 when Hurricane George hit the Dominican Republic.
