According to a published report in Cigar Insider that was shared by Rafael Nodal, owner of Boutique Blends the aforementioned company is collaborating with Altadis USA in the creation of Romeo by Romeo y Julieta Aging Room.
According to the report, the experimental project will allowed Rafael Nodal to create his own interpretation of the brand, Romeo u Julieta. In order to achieved this taste he will be utilized the tobaccos of Jose “Jochy” Blanco.
The cigar which is being called Small Batch F25; the Romeo y Julieta Aging Room will be a Dominican puro with tobaccos cultivated in the Cibao valley and grown from Cuban seed and will be rolled at Tobacalera La Palma.
The cigars which will be released in April and limited to 250,000 cigars will be available in three sizes; Copla (5 x 48), Capriccio (6 x 54) and Cantor (6 x 52/belicoso). They will be packaged in boxes of 20 and will carry a MSRP before local taxes of $10 to $12.
The cigars will be distributed by Altadis.
