Drawing inspiration from the Perez-Carrillo family’s journey from Cuba to America, Endure honors the pivotal role of the Meerapfel family in saving the Meerapfel Cameroon wrapper from extinction. In the 1990s, Rick Meerapfel spearheaded efforts to preserve this rare and delicate tobacco amidst the challenging landscapes and political complexities of Central Africa. His work ensured the survival of a tobacco variety once on the brink of disappearing, allowing future generations to enjoy its unique qualities. The Endure blend embodies this spirit of persistence.
Featuring the rare and precious Meerapfel Cameroon wrapper which brings elegance and refinement to the experience, each draw offers rich, layered flavors with a hint of the signature Meerapfel Cameroon spice. Both binder and fillers contain tobaccos from Nicaragua. E.P. Carrillo’s renowned depth and complexity shine through, delivering a medium-to-full-bodied smoke that pairs beautifully with aged Scotch, robust coffee, and unforgettable moments.
Initially, Endure will be available in Robusto and Toro vitolas in 10ct boxes, with a Corona Gordo size scheduled for release at a later date. This variety allows cigar enthusiasts to experience the blend in different formats, each highlighting the intricate flavors and craftsmanship that E.P. Carrillo cigars are known for.
